Credit Report & Analysis
We obtain your personal profile from all the major credit bureaus in South Africa (TransUnion, XDS, Compuscan and Experian) and then we consolidate all info into one 3in1 credit report. From these records we will see exactly what to do in order to clear your name from the various credit Bureaus. We advise you accordingly and send you your profile for your own records. We then establish and report on how many listings reflects on your personal profile.
Legal Pack & Payment
Our Legal pack: consists of a Quotation and Mandate (Power of Attorney) and it is then emailed to you for perusal. If you agree, then you sign Quotation and Power of Attorney and email it back to us. NB: You will have to email us a POP (Proof of Payment), Proof of res not older than 3 months and Copy of ID for us to create a file and start with the process.
The Process
Once all documents and payment are received, we then start with your work. The process may take 5 – 20 working days. Our consultants will give you an update as to how far we are with the process and you will receive SMS notifications from the bureaus. Once the process is complete our consultants will email you your updated credit report.
